Offers a safe space for individuals who identify as gender fluid/transgender community to support one another. Support Services include: Support Groups for all gender diverse people 18 or older (Not therapy. Designed for social support, education, and fun) Topics can include: Name changes, Gender/sexuality 101, How to come out, and What to expect from hormones Surgery Navigation: For some gender diverse people, surgery is a natural part of affirming gender. This can be a complicated process that is always changing. Our health navigators and behavioral health staff are here to help you navigate this process. Hormone Services: Provides hormone replacement therapy for transgender and gender diverse people. Health Navigation: A free service that helps people coordinate their medical care.

Provides general dental care for children and adults. Services include: Dental exams and routine care Electronic Dental Records Referrals to orthodontics

Coordinates educational services for students who are experiencing homelessness. Acts as a link between family, shelter, and school to serve the needs of the student.

Provides assistance with food, utilities, rent, medical expenses, and other immediate needs. Meets the client in their home and conducts a needs assessment. Provides referrals for community resources to support long-term sufficiency. NOTE: Saint Vincent de Paul provides general assistance services throughout Lake County. Individuals who do not meet residency requirements for this location will be referred to their nearest site.
