The 9-1-1 Emergency Services program operates a telephone response service staffed by trained personnel who assess requests for emergency assistance and dispatch the appropriate emergency response agency (law enforcement, fire, paramedics/EMTs or ambulance services)

Provides intense work-based substance abuse therapy for at least six months. Clients live onsite and work in Salvation Army Family Stores and other areas. Offers clients participating in a full range of treatment programs. To treat the symptoms, and ultimately the root causes, of prolonged alcohol and drug dependence. Services includes:

PFSC works closely with NorthShore's Perinatal Depression Program, whose mission is to identify and support families at risk for perinatal depression. Their free, confidential hotline is available 24 hours a day to patients and their families for information and support.

Responsible for repairing and maintaining roads in Grant Township. Emergency Shelter Provides emergency shelter for boys and youth identifying as boys, ages 14-17 years. Serves eight boys at a time with maximum stay of 120 days. Offers support and guidance to plan next steps. Transitional Housing Provides transitional living program for young adults of any gender, ages 18-23 years. Serves six young adults for up to two years. Also offers two emergency beds for young adults.

Offers one-time financial relief to help township residents prevent eviction or utility disconnection. Funds may also help cover medical expenses.

Offers after school program for North Chicago Community Highschool students. Provides age-appropriate after school and summer activities for Lake County youth ages 5-18 years. Programming includes a snack, hot dinner, and homework help. Also offers the following:

Provides free, bilingual wellness services for the community. Aims to support individuals who are uninsured or cannot afford care. Offers the following services: Case management (connects individuals to housing, employment, medical care, etc.) Individual, couple, and family therapy Support groups Health and wellness presentations (in Spanish only) Zumba classes Monthly wellness events and activities

Provides assistance with food, utilities, rent, medical expenses, and other immediate needs. Meets the client in their home and conducts a needs assessment. Provides referrals for community resources to support long-term sufficiency. NOTE: Saint Vincent de Paul provides general assistance services throughout Lake County. Individuals who do not meet residency requirements for this location will be referred to their nearest site.

Provides an opportunity for activity and social engagement for older adults with early-stage memory loss. Allows a brief period of rest for caregivers and family members. Program follows the early-stage Alzheimer's social model and does not provide medical care.

Pediatric Health Services: Provides complete care to children from birth to age 18. Services include: developmental assessments, hearing and dental screening, basic vision testing, immunizations, and lead testing. Women's Health Services: Provides wide range of outpatient comprehensive services for women of all ages. Services include counseling, prenatal, and gynecological care. Primary Care Services: Offers broad spectrum of personal and community services directed at individuals and families of all races, genders and ages who are unable to access the private medical sector. Dental Care Services: Provides primary dental care for children and adults. Services include: dental exams, cleaning, and referrals to Orthodontics.

• Senior Health Insurance (SHIP) counselors
• Lending Closet

Provides law enforcement and emergency services within Round Lake Park. Works with the community to promote safety, reduce crime, and preserve peace.

Benefits are based on the worker's wages and may be paid to the worker or the worker's dependents or survivors.

Offers telephone support for individuals struggling with alcohol use. Calls are answered by a network of recovering alcoholics. Also provides support group locations.
