Provides information for seniors, caregiver support, and referrals to community resources. Offers help with in home services, health insurance information, and benefit applications. Hosts caregiver support groups.

Offers resources and services designed to meet the learning needs of the community. Also provides programs that introduce and encourage reading. Resources include:

• Public computer and internet access
• Voter registration services
• Test proctoring
• Book delivery for individuals unable to visit the library
• Community visits to schools, retirement homes, and assisted living facilities

Provides in-home, rehabilitative behavioral health support services for youth 18 years and younger. Helps to decrease crisis episodes and hospitalizations. Provides a team of professionals to offer the following services:

• Intensive therapy
• Case management
• Psycho-education support
• Mental illness self-management
• Development of interpersonal skills
• Development of practical living skills
• Identification and use of natural supports
• Identification and use of community resources

Offers opportunity for home ownership to low-income families in Lake County. Offers interest-free mortgage to qualified families in exchange for "sweat equity". Families must participate in homeownership classes, financial education, and budgeting sessions. They must also commit to helping build or rehabilitate other homes in the community.

Provides health care services for the LGBTQ population. Staff are trained and certified LGBTQ specialists. Offers all primary care services and the following specialty services: Hormone Replacement Therapy STI and HIV Testing and Treatment HIV Prevention Treatment (PrEP)

Offers education to farmworkers to identify human labor trafficking in the workplace. Also provides assistance on how to report suspicion of human trafficking amongst workers.

Provides assistance with food, utilities, rent, medical expenses, and other immediate needs. Meets the client in their home and conducts a needs assessment. Provides referrals for community resources to support long-term sufficiency. NOTE: Saint Vincent de Paul provides general assistance services throughout Lake County. Individuals who do not meet residency requirements for this location will be referred to their nearest site.

Provides the following programs for seniors and adults with disabilities: Senior Health Insurance Counseling (SHIP) Provides free health insurance counseling for Medicare beneficiaries and their caregivers. Offers guidance and application assistance for Medicare, Medicaid, and related insurance benefits. Adult Disability Resource Network (ADRN) Connects individuals with resources for various needs. Referrals include rental assistance, utilities, meals, and social-emotional health.

Offers an online resource to help residents find the nearest tax assistance program.
