Provides mental health counseling and psychiatric services. Offers individual, couples, youth, and family therapy.

Offers supported-living group homes for adults with developmental delays. Develops a plan with an Aspire Life Consultant to learn independent living skills. Takes part in all aspects of running a home, such as cooking, cleaning, and grocery shopping.

Provides an opportunity for activity and social engagement for older adults with early-stage memory loss. Allows a brief period of rest for caregivers and family members. Program follows the early-stage Alzheimer's social model and does not provide medical care.

Coordinates educational services for homeless students. Acts as a link between family, shelter, school system, and community resources.

Provides nutrition education, breastfeeding support, and supplemental food to eligible women and children. Offers assistance to buy healthy foods and baby formula. Also provides referrals to health care and community services.

Offers transitional housing and supportive services for homeless women with children. Aims to help individuals reach self sufficiency within six months. Services include:

Administers Housing Choice Voucher program for income eligible households. Housing Choice Voucher program subsidizes part of the total rent. Housing Choice Voucher applicants are responsible for housing search and selection.

Mobile pantry that distributes free diapers and hygiene products. Offers free diapers, pull-ups, and wipes (if available) to families with children under the age of 4. Limit of two visits per month to receive supplies. Also offers incontinence supplies for seniors and individuals with a disability or special needs.

Offers social and recreational activities for seniors in the Grayslake area. Offers one free luncheon per month.

Provides supervised residential setting for adults living with severe mental illness. Length of stay can be between 6 - 12 months. Offers residents help to understand their condition, develop coping skills, and improve their interpersonal and daily living skills. Services include: Medication Monitoring Psychiatric Care Linkage to Community Resources & life skills training ( funding, housing, vocational, health care, insurance & entitlements, budget management, cooking, housekeeping, socialization. laundry, personal care & recreation).

Offers individual and group psychotherapy for adults, children, families, and adolescents. Counselors work with clients to structure a treatment plan that addresses their needs. Program specializes in: Depression & Anxiety Marital Therapy Life Transitions Anger Management Grief & Bereavement Substance Abuse/Addictions Eating Disorders Men and women's issues Trauma Substance abuse and addiction Adolescent issues Bullying Grief & Bereavement Child Play Therapy Conflict Resolution Social Skills Training Behaviorial Issues Electronic Addictions Truancy & School Refusal Co-Dependency Physical Abuse & Neglect Lockouts & Runaways Suicide Offender Treatment & Evaluation Evaluations & Assessments

Provides assistance to Lake County veterans and their families, including: Processing any/all claims with Veterans Affairs (VA) Emergency financial assistance Survivor spousal benefits Burial benefits

Provides outpatient mental health services to youth and their families. Treatment Services include: Trauma-informed therapy for individuals, families, and groups, Crisis intervention, Substance abuse counseling, Case management, Psychiatric/medication services. Service Programs include: Screening Assessment and Support Services (SASS): A 90-day crisis intervention program, psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management; and case management. Treatment lasts about 3 to 6 months; Mental Health Juvenile Justice Program (MHJJ): Serves youth ages 8 to 18 years old; AND have had contact with the juvenile justice system within the last 90 days; OR are at risk of juvenile justice involvement; An MHJJ liaison that works with children and their families for six months and connects them to treatment resources; Intensive Placement Stabilization (IPS): serves youth who are in DCFS Youth in Care; AND are at risk of losing their current foster home placements; OR have just transitioned between placements; The Family Support Program (FSP): Serves children under 18 who need more intensive community-based therapeutic services or residential treatment services.

Notifies closure of facilities in the Chicagoland area in the event of a storm, natural disaster, or emergency. Includes the closures of: Schools Facilities Day Care Center Organizations

Provides free developmental screening for children under the age of five who reside in Waukegan. Offers a free pre-school program for children under the age of three who qualify based on screening. Qualified children between the ages of 3-5 will be referred for an Individualized Education Plan (IEP). Children with an IEP will qualify for special education services based on individual needs.
