Coordinates free non-emergency air transportation for individuals with medical or humanitarian needs. Air transportation is provided on small 4-6 seat airplanes by volunteer pilots. Flights take-off and land at the airports closest to the patient and treatment center.

Provides intensive outpatient treatment for individuals with substance use addiction. Provides individualized treatment plan to achieve long-term recovery. Offers application help for the following: Nicor Sharing: Provides energy assistance for NICOR customers only. Customers must meet income guidelines and cannot receive LIHEAP grant in same year. Disabled Veterans may receive LIHEAP and NICOR Sharing. North Shore, SHARE-THE-WARMTH: Provides energy assistance for North Shore Gas and People’s Energy customers. Customers must be at least $200 behind on their bill.
