Provides drug users a fast-track to addiction treatment services. Allows individuals to call or walk-in to Lake County Sheriff's Offices to request help. Individuals may surrender any drugs or paraphernalia without risk of criminal charges. A deputy will immediately coordinate phone screening with the Lake County Health Department. Based on the evaluation, individual will begin outpatient or inpatient treatment. Provides a police escort for any individuals who cannot transport themselves.

Provides 24-hour in-person crisis response for victims of domestic violence and human trafficking. Offers crisis counseling and help making a safety plan, including:

• Emergency shelter and housing
• Obtaining restraining orders
• Referrals for counseling and other victim support services

Provides Bible study for victims of sexual trauma or people with sexual addiction. Offers individual and group sessions, but is not a replacement for professional counseling.

Offers a food pantry for the residents of Zion, Beach Park, and Winthrop Harbor. May visit once per month by appointment only.

• Safe Use Supplies - distributes naloxone, safe injection, smoking kits, and snorting kits
• Needle Exchange - allows individuals to exchange used needles for sterile ones
• Peer Support - Peer Recovery Specialists always travel as part of the outreach team
• Treatment Navigation - connects individuals with resources for jobs, housing, legal assistance, social service registration, etc. Provides transportation to appointments when available.
• Snacks and personal care items
• Printed resources - informational materials with recovery resources
