Women's Health Services: Provides wide range of outpatient comprehensive services for women of all ages. Services include counseling, prenatal, and gynecological care. Primary Care Services: Offers broad spectrum of personal and community services directed at individuals and families of all races, genders and ages who are unable to access the private medical sector. Dental Care Services: Provides primary dental care for children and adults. Services include: dental exams, cleaning, and referrals to Orthodontics.

Informal social group for adults with Alzheimer's or related dementias, and their caregivers. Provides an opportunity for socialization, activities, and support. Meetings take place at the Ela Area Public Library.

Offers ongoing mental health services for children, teens, and adults. Offers counseling, psychiatry, and psychologist services.

Provides drug users a fast-track to addiction treatment services. Allows individuals to call or walk-in to Lake County Sheriff's Offices to request help. Individuals may surrender any drugs or paraphernalia without risk of criminal charges. A deputy will immediately coordinate phone screening with the Lake County Health Department. Based on the evaluation, individual will begin outpatient or inpatient treatment.

Offers residential care facility for adult women with disabilities. Provides 24-hour support from direct service professionals who teach daily living skills.

Provides evaluation to determine treatment plan for individuals facing DUI charges.

Provides natural gas service for residential customers in Lake County. Offers options for:

• Setting up natural gas lines and meters in homes
• Transferring service to a new home
• Stopping service if customers decide not to have natural gas in their homes

Promotes a variety of social and sports programs for youth and adults. Also offers activities such as: Low impact exercise classes for seniors Youth camps Sports activities for people with physical or mental disabilities

Free summer school program for children entering kindergarten in the Beach Park School District. Allows students to practice following directions and learn key skills. Program runs for three weeks during the summer and is taught by licensed teachers.

Provides supportive services for family caregivers of an enrolled veteran. Offers the following two programs based on level of care (see eligibility guidelines below): Program of General Caregiver Support Services (PGCSS)

• Individual support related to the care of the veteran
• Skills training on caregiving for a veteran's unique needs

Offers tax exemption to property owners who are rebuilding following a natural disaster. A natural disaster can include, but not limited to:

• Fire

• Earthquake

• Extended period of severe inclement weather
