Low-Income Senior Citizen's Assessment Freeze Provides protection against real estate tax increases for seniors with limited income. It is not a tax freeze or a tax reduction and does not protect against increased taxes due to tax rate increases. Applications are due by July 31 of each year.

Provides medical alert system for income-qualified Township seniors and residents with disabilities. Medical alert system transmits a signal and dispatches help for individuals experiencing a medical emergency.

Emergency Shelter Provides emergency shelter for boys and youth identifying as boys, ages 14-17 years. Serves eight boys at a time with maximum stay of 120 days. Offers support and guidance to plan next steps. Transitional Housing Provides transitional living program for young adults of any gender, ages 18-23 years. Serves six young adults for up to two years. Also offers two emergency beds for young adults.
