This can be a complicated process that is always changing. Our health navigators and behavioral health staff are here to help you navigate this process. Hormone Services: Provides hormone replacement therapy for transgender and gender diverse people. Health Navigation: A free service that helps people coordinate their medical care.

Helps with the adoption process for those needing an emotional support animal (ESA). Offers financial assistance for adoption fees, training, and care costs. Also helps individuals get an ESA letter from a licensed therapist.

Offers resources and services designed to meet the learning needs of the community. Also provides programs that introduce and encourage reading. Resources include:

• Public computer and internet access
• Voter registration services
