Provides intensive outpatient treatment for individuals with substance use addiction. Provides individualized treatment plan to achieve long-term recovery. Services include assessments, individual and group therapy, and drivers license reinstatement. Also offers court-ordered services for DUI offenders.

Provides emergency shelter for victims of domestic violence and human trafficking. Provides a 35-bed shelter with food, clothing, support, and case management for families. Allows families to stay up to three months and bring their pets.

Provides drug users a fast-track to addiction treatment services. Allows individuals to call or walk-in to Lake County Sheriff's Offices to request help. Individuals may surrender any drugs or paraphernalia without risk of criminal charges. A deputy will immediately coordinate phone screening with the Lake County Health Department. Based on the evaluation, individual will begin outpatient or inpatient treatment.

Assists Polish citizens on legal issues, protection issues, and the documentation process.
