Coordinates free non-emergency air transportation for individuals with medical or humanitarian needs. Air transportation is provided on small 4-6 seat airplanes by volunteer pilots. Flights take-off and land at the airports closest to the patient and treatment center.

Provides assistance with food, utilities, rent, medical expenses, and other immediate needs. Meets the client in their home and conducts a needs assessment. Provides referrals for community resources to support long-term sufficiency. NOTE: Saint Vincent de Paul provides general assistance services throughout Lake County. Individuals who do not meet residency requirements for this location will be referred to their nearest site.

Provides professional assistance locating underground utility lines before digging.

Coordinates educational services for students who are experiencing homelessness. Acts as a link between family, shelter, and school to serve the needs of the student.

Serves as a health center with a variety of outpatient services. Provides Pediatric Services, Women's Health Services, Primary Care Services, STI/HIV Program Services and Gender Health Services. Pediatric Health Services: Provides complete care to children from birth to age 18. Services include: developmental assessments, hearing and dental screening as well as basic vision testing, and immunizations, and lead testing. Women's Health Services: Provides a wide range of outpatient comprehensive services for women of all ages. Services include counseling, prenatal, and gynecological care. Primary Care Services: Offers a broad spectrum of personal and community services directed at individuals and families of all races, genders and ages who are unable to access the private medical sector. STI/HIV Services: Provide sexually transmitted infections (STI) and HIV prevention services. Services include: testing, treatment, and free condoms and other safe sex supplies. Dental Care Services: Provides primary dental care for children and adults. Services include: dental exams, cleaning, and referrals to Orthodontics.

Offers individual, couples, and family therapy for patients in the community. Also provides assessment, medical evaluation, and mental health education.

Provides comprehensive services to survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault. Includes the following services for female survivors and their children:

• 24-hour hotline
• Crisis intervention
• Counseling and support groups
• Legal advocacy

*Services are offered in multiple languages with a focus on the Asian-American community.

Offers counseling for credit, budgeting, and debt management for people to be able to pay off their debt in five years or less. Debts can include: Credit cards Collections Medical debts Payday loans Old utility accounts Past cell phone accounts

Provides drug users a fast-track to addiction treatment services. Allows individuals to call or walk-in to Lake County Sheriff's Offices to request help. Individuals may surrender any drugs or paraphernalia without risk of criminal charges. A deputy will immediately coordinate phone screening with the Lake County Health Department. Based on the evaluation, individual will begin outpatient or inpatient treatment. Provides a police escort for any individuals who cannot transport themselves.

Acts as a link between family, shelter, school system, and community resources. To coordinate educational services for homeless students.

• Parenting classes
• Life-skills training

A designated location that provides relief from extreme heat or cold for at-risk citizens. Center does not offer provisions or care, it is for relief from extreme weather conditions only.

Provides monthly financial assistance to help Township residents in need. Helps pay towards rent/mortgage, utilities, or medical expenses. Provides temporary aide while individual finds a job or waits for benefits approval.

Provides support services for adopted children and their families, including: Counseling and support groups Mutual consent registry Mediated communication between birth and adoptive families Search and reunion services Financial assistance for kinship adoptions (Subsidized Guardianship Preservation)

Promotes a variety of social and sports programs for youth and adults.

Provides 24-hour emergency relief to individuals and families affected by disasters such as house fires, earthquakes, floods, tornados, etc. Educates people in how to prevent, prepare for, and respond to emergencies. Health and Safety Services offer courses in first aid, CPR, child-care, nurse assistant training, babysitting, swimming-life guarding and more on a regular basis. Courses and training are offered at the Chapter facilities or can be arranged at different localities for businesses and groups. Blood Services collects blood donations and supplies safe blood and blood products to local healthcare providers. Also offers various types of volunteering opportunities for adults and youth.

Administers local, state, and federal elections. Provides election, polling, and ballot information. Offers voter registration, mail voting, and early voting.

Offers resources and services designed to meet the learning needs of the community. Provides programs that introduce and encourage reading. Also offers the following services: Computer and internet access Notary Passports Exam proctoring
