- Must be Warren Township resident for at least 6 months and meet income eligibility - Must not be eligible for any other state or federal assistance programs - Must have applied at Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR), Social Security Administration (SSA), Illinois Department of Employment Services (IDES), and Illinois Office of Employment & Training (DCEO) prior to appointment
