Offers support groups for LGBTQ+ individuals. Offers groups for adults, youth grades 6-8, and youth grades 9-12. Also offers weekly Saturday morning coffee socials for LGBTQ+ individuals of all ages and their allies.

Serves as health center with variety of outpatient services. Provides Pediatric Services, Women's Health Services, Primary Care Services, and Dental Services. Pediatric Health Services: Provides complete care to children from birth to age 18. Services include: developmental assessments, hearing and dental screening, basic vision testing, immunizations, and lead testing. Women's Health Services: Provides a wide range of outpatient comprehensive services for women of all ages. Services include counseling, prenatal, and gynecological care. Primary Care Services: Offers a broad spectrum of personal and community services directed at individuals and families of all races, genders and ages who are unable to access the private medical sector. Dental Care Services: Provides primary dental care for children and adults, including: Dental Exams, Cleaning, Dentures, Digital X-rays, Fillings, Simple Extractions, Dental Sealants, Referrals to Orthodontics and Specialty Care, WIC Client Dental Screenings, School Dental Screenings, and Care for Pregnant Patients. (Payment for specialty care will be the responsibility of the patient.

Provides a drop-in center. Offers a non-clinical Support. Other services includes: Peer support groups Recreational activities Computer access Information and referrals to community resources

Offers an intervention program to youth found responsible for starting fires or have a problem with playing with matches or lighters. Offers counseling sessions to help participants understand the severity of the firesetting. Also provides information on the appropriate and safe use of fire.

Provides law enforcement and emergency services within Round Lake Heights. Works with the community to promote safety, reduce crime, and preserve peace.

Provides assistance to Lake County veterans and their families, including: Processing any/all claims with Veterans Affairs (VA) Emergency financial assistance Survivor spousal benefits Burial benefits

Offers after-school enrichment program for elementary students in North Chicago School District #187. Provides homework support, enrichment activities, and a meal. Operates at the following schools: Forrestal Elementary School Evelyn Alexander Elementary School A.J. Katzenmaier School Neal Math and Science Academy

Offers a defer payment of taxes to active duty military personnel. Includes those who are out-of-state or overseas for extended periods of time.

Provides monthly financial aid for township residents in need. Helps pay towards rent, utilities, or medical expenses. Intended for individuals who meet one of the following criteria:

• Cannot work due to medical condition
• Experiencing income or job loss due to circumstances outside of their control. Must be actively seeking employment.
• Have applied for government assistance and are waiting for approval

Provides a confidential helpline that acts as an access point to local resources for those seeking help for a gambling problem. The helpline also includes text services and chat services online. Not a crisis hotline and does not provide help for emergency services.

Provides law enforcement and emergency services within the City of Grayslake. Works with the community to promote safety, reduce crime, and preserve peace.

Provides reservation-based, door-to-door transportation for certified ADA passengers. Serves individuals whose disability or health condition prevents them from using fixed-route service. Trips are provided within the same hours and geographic area as fixed-route service. NOTE: Passengers must be ADA Paratransit Certified. Call the Regional Transportation Authority (RTA) ADA Paratransit Certification program to request an application and schedule an in-person eligibility interview.

Provides 24-hour emergency relief to individuals and families affected by disasters such as house fires, earthquakes, floods, tornados, etc. Educates people in how to prevent, prepare for, and respond to emergencies. Health and Safety Services offer courses in first aid, CPR, child-care, nurse assistant training, babysitting, swimming-life guarding and more on a regular basis. Courses and training are offered at the Chapter facilities or can be arranged at different localities for businesses and groups. Blood Services collects blood donations and supplies safe blood and blood products to local healthcare providers. Also offers various types of volunteering opportunities for adults and youth.

Hosts summer day camps with meals included. Provides enrichment activities, arts, and learning opportunities. Offers recreational activities, sports, club groups, and field trips.

Offers free classes for adults to improve in reading, writing, math, and conversational English. Offers the following classes: English as a Second Language GED testing and preparation Citizenship Adult Basic Education (reading, writing, and math) Computer literacy Job readiness classes

Provides various activities and programs for seniors ages 55 and older. Activities include exercise, trips, games, and events.

Responsible for repairing and maintaining roads in the township, including:

• Roadside mowing
• Tree trimming
• Snowplowing and ice control
• Drainage, storm sewers, and culverts maintained to ensure proper flow of water
• Development and implementation of storm water program
• Street sign maintenance
• Dead animal removal

Coordinates educational services for students who are experiencing homelessness. Acts as a link between family, shelter, and school to serve the needs of the student.

Local official who administers criminal, civil and traffic courts. Services covered include: Filing Orders of Protection Divorce filing Applying for passport Small claims Records and Probate for Wills and Guardianship File expungement Paying fines and fees

Offers free adult learning and workforce development services for individuals 18 years and older. Offers the following: English as a second language (ESL) GED preparation (available in Spanish) Computer skill classes Citizenship classes to pass the United States naturalization exam

Provides a 24-hour crisis hotline for youth and parents. Provides confidential crisis counseling by phone, text, and email. Offers help with mental health and life issues, such as:

• Suicide prevention and ideation
• Anxiety, depression, and anger
• Physical, sexual, and emotional abuse
• Parenting troubles
• Teen runaways
• Chemical dependency
• School issues and bullying
• Relationship problems
