Offers non-perishable food pantry for Grant Township residents. Registered participants receive one monthly food distribution based on household size.

Provides assistance with food, utilities, rent, medical expenses, and other immediate needs. Meets the client in their home and conducts a needs assessment. Provides referrals for community resources to support long-term sufficiency. NOTE: Saint Vincent de Paul provides general assistance services throughout Lake County. Individuals who do not meet residency requirements for this location will be referred to their nearest site.

Offers financial assistance for gender transition medication for qualified LGBTQ+ Lake County residents.

Serves as health center with variety of outpatient services, including: Pediatric Health Services: Provides complete care to children from birth to age 18. Services include: developmental assessments, hearing and dental screening as well as basic vision testing, immunizations, and lead testing. Women's Health Services: Provides a wide range of comprehensive outpatient services for women of all ages. Services include counseling, prenatal, and gynecological care. Primary Care Services: Offers a broad spectrum of personal and community services directed at individuals and families of all races, genders and ages who are unable to access the private medical sector. Dental Care Services: Provides primary dental care for children and adults. Services include: dental exams, cleaning, and referrals to Orthodontics.

Offers support groups for people diagnosed and in the early stages of dementia. Also offers support groups for caregivers of people with any kind of dementia. Support groups meet online and in-person.
