Provides an online directory of lending closets throughout Illinois. Lending closets offer a variety of medical supplies that can be borrowed for free or low-cost. Offers one-time financial aid to help township residents prevent eviction or utility disconnection. Also offers help with medical expenses.

Offers variety of drug-free treatment modalities and medication assisted addiction treatments, such as: 12-Step modalities of Alcoholics Anonymous and Narcotics Anonymous Medication Assisted Recovery (MAR) (Detoxification using methadone, Vivitrol, or suboxone) Screening and Assessments Individual and Group Counseling Intensive Outpatient Therapy Case Management

• Transportation services (PACE Dial-a-Ride, FISH, taxi subsidies and non-emergency hospital transport)

• In-home care assistance and caregiver support

Provides drug users a fast-track to addiction treatment services. Allows individuals to call or walk-in to Lake County Sheriff's Offices to request help. Individuals may surrender any drugs or paraphernalia without risk of criminal charges. A deputy will immediately coordinate phone screening with the Lake County Health Department. Based on the evaluation, individual will begin outpatient or inpatient treatment. Provides a police escort for any individuals who cannot transport themselves.

Provides a full range of mental health services to youth and adults. Services include: Individual and group counseling Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (treats anger management, obsessive compulsive disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, etc.) LGBTQIA+ Therapy Mental Health Evaluations Referrals for ongoing psychiatric care treatment and support services

Offers resources and services designed to meet the learning needs of the community. Also provides programs that introduce and encourage reading. Offers access to public computers, Wi-Fi internet, and exam proctoring services.

Administers Housing Choice Voucher program for income eligible households. Housing Choice Voucher program subsidizes part of the total rent. Housing Choice Voucher applicants are responsible for housing search and selection.

Women's Health Services: Provides a wide range of outpatient comprehensive services for women of all ages. Services include counseling, prenatal, and gynecological care. Primary Care Services: Offers a broad spectrum of personal and community services directed at individuals and families of all races, genders and ages who are unable to access the private medical sector. Dental Care Services: Provides primary dental care for children and adults. Services include: dental exams, cleaning, and referrals to Orthodontics.

Provides a food pantry to residents of Vernon Hills, Indian Creek, and Mundelein. Also offers clothes, used furniture, and household items as they become available.

Coordinates educational services for elementary and middle school students who are experiencing homelessness. Acts as a link between family, shelter and school system to serve the needs of the student.

Offers a free weekly family night including dinner, activities, and bible study.

Informal social group for adults with Alzheimer's or related dementias, and their caregivers. Provides an opportunity for socialization, activities, and support. Meetings take place at the Ela Area Public Library.
