Operates 24/7 Child Protective Services (CPS) hotline to report child abuse or neglect. Investigates reports of suspected physical, sexual, and emotional child abuse or neglect. Coordinates emergency response, crisis intervention, and placement of children into Child Welfare System.

Participants must be able to get to and from van without assistance of driver. Caregiver may ride with participant. Offers up to two round trips per week. Taxi-Cab Coupons: Provides taxi cab coupons for seniors and adults with disabilities. Coupons may be used for one way rides to and from Highland Park Hospital and are valued at $4.25.
