Provides comprehensive services to survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault. Includes the following services for female survivors and their children:

• 24-hour hotline
• Crisis intervention
• Counseling and support groups
• Legal advocacy

*Services are offered in multiple languages with a focus on the Asian-American community.

Provides assistance with food, utilities, rent, medical expenses, and other immediate needs. Meets the client in their home and conducts a needs assessment. Provides referrals for community resources to support long-term sufficiency. NOTE: Saint Vincent de Paul provides general assistance services throughout Lake County. Individuals who do not meet residency requirements for this location will be referred to their nearest site.

Offers free, hot Thanksgiving meal for those in need. Offers dine-in and curbside meals (up to two meals per car). Meals are open to all including first responders, individuals experiencing homelessness, those who are working on Thanksgiving, and anyone in need of company and food.

Offers a healthcare-based violence intervention program for survivors of violent crimes. Provides up to 16 treatment sessions to help survivors heal and overcome the effects of trauma. Comprehensive services include:

• Case management
• Individual and group therapy
• Psychiatry
• Medication management
• Support and advocacy groups
• Safety and self-care guidance

Provides supportive services for family caregivers of an enrolled veteran. Offers the following two programs based on level of care (see eligibility guidelines below): Program of General Caregiver Support Services (PGCSS)

• Individual support related to the care of the veteran
• Skills training on caregiving for a veteran's unique needs
• Respite care
• Peer support mentoring
• Training and support through in-person, online, and telehealth sessions
• Referrals to available resources

Comprehensive Assistance for Family Caregivers (PCAFC) - Provides all services listed above and the following:

• Mental health support
• Virtual Psychotherapy for Caregivers Program (VPPC)
• CHAMPVA (if uninsured)
• Monthly stipend
• Beneficiary travel

Hosts summer day camps with meals included. Provides enrichment activities, arts, and learning opportunities. Offers recreational activities, sports, club groups, and field trips.

Offers an intervention program to youth found responsible for starting fires or have a problem with playing with matches or lighters. Offers counseling sessions to help participants understand the severity of the firesetting. Also provides information on the appropriate and safe use of fire.

Provides law enforcement, crime reporting, and emergency services in the Village of Lake Zurich. Offers administrative assistance with police reports and records.

Offers to stop services at properties for moving purposes and start them at the new properties. Also upgrades and installs new services at new properties.

Coordinates educational services for students who are experiencing homelessness. Acts as a link between family, shelter, and school to serve the needs of the student.

Offers adults opportunities to improve basic education skills to transition to the workforce. Offers classes in-person and online via Zoom. Services include:

• English as a Second Language (ESL) classes
• Citizenship Preparation Classes
• Adult Basic Education
• GED testing and preparation
• Digital Literacy and Keyboarding Skills
• Career training

Offers resources and services designed to meet the learning needs of the community. Also provides programs that introduce and encourage reading. Services include:

• Reference desk
• Computer and internet access
• Notary
• Passport application assistance
• Voter registration
• Test proctoring

Repairs and maintains the roads in unincorporated areas of Fremont Township. Responsible for the road, ditches, driveway aprons, and some drainage easements. Services include:

• Drainage ditches
• Storm sewer
• Paving and pavement maintenance
• Street signs and street lights
• Snowplowing and de-icing
• Litter pickup
• Removal of dead animals
• Mailbox repair
• Road bonds and permits

Also Offers:

• Driveway culvert replacements
• Used motor oil disposal
• Free wood chips

Offers annual event distributing winter coats for children in need. Also accepts donations of gently used children's winter coats.

Provides immediate medical care to treat both adult and pediatric patients. Treats mild to acute medical concerns. Offers x-ray services, on-site lab, and online appointments.

Provides workshops to repay unsecured debt at lower interest and fees. Counselors provides clients with a program suited to their ability to pay and provides an estimate of the time to complete the program. Also offers: Assistance with housing issues Debt Bankruptcy Student loans

Offers reproductive and sexual health medical services, including:

• Abortion (medication abortion, procedural abortion, and follow-up exams)
• Birth control and emergency contraception
• STD, HIV, and pregnancy testing
• Hormone Replacement Therapy for LGBTQ

**Tele-health appointments available for most services.

Provides intensive outpatient treatment for individuals with substance use addiction. Provides individualized treatment plan to achieve long-term recovery. Services include assessments, individual and group therapy, and drivers license reinstatement. Also offers court-ordered services for DUI offenders.

Coordinates educational services for homeless students to ensure access to a free education. Acts as a link between family, shelter, school system, and community resources.

Provides free lawn care and snow removal services for Waukegan Township residents ages 55 years and older.

Registers vehicles in Illinois and licenses their drivers. Other major Secretary of State functions include: Recording ownership (certificate of title) of registered vehicles Maintaining driving records (accidents and convictions) of licensed drivers. Issuing identification cards for individuals. Registering and recording ownership of vessels. Licensing and regulating driving and traffic violator schools and their instructors. Also provides a service email for residents who have a driver’s license suspension or revocation or any other loss of driving privileges.

Provides prevention and treatment to chronic/ severe emotional and psychiatric disorders. Services include: Diagnostic Evaluation Psychiatric Assessment Crisis Intervention Medication Assisted Recovery for Substance Use Disorders

Promotes a variety of social and sports programs for youth and adults. Also offers activities such as: Low impact exercise classes for seniors Youth camps Sports activities for people with physical or mental disabilities

Offers supportive services to help single mothers become self-sufficient. Services include:

• Parenting classes
• Life-skills training
• Anger management classes
• GED/ESL assistance
• Help finding childcare and transportation
