Dental Care Services: Provides primary dental care for children and adults, including: Dental Exams, Cleaning, Dentures, Digital X-rays, Fillings, Simple Extractions, Dental Sealants, Referrals to Orthodontics and Specialty Care, WIC Client Dental Screenings, School Dental Screenings, and Care for Pregnant Patients. (Payment for specialty care will be the responsibility of the patient.

Offers counseling services for adults and children ages 7 years and older. Includes individual, couples, and grief therapy. Also offers free drop-in counseling for high school students in Barrington.

Offers customers a budget plan to help stabilize their monthly bill. Calculates customer's estimated yearly energy cost and divides billing into 12 equal payments. If customer paid too much, a credit will be applied to the bill. If a customer paid too little, the balance will be spread over the new Budget Billing year.
