Provides non-medical recovery support services to people with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health disorders. Also provides re-entry support for justice-involved individuals. All services are peer-led. Offers financial aid to help Township residents prevent loss of home, job, or utilities. Funds are available once every two years and provide help to meet basic needs, including:

• Preventing eviction or past due rent/mortgage
• Preventing utility disconnection
• Work-related expense necessary to getting or keeping a job (for example, uniform or licensing fees)
• Cost of prescription medication

Amount of assistance determined on a case-by-case basis. Program does not disburse cash as all funds will be paid directly to vendors.

Offers a weekly food pantry for individuals and families in need. Provides fresh produce, meat, dairy products, shelf-stable foods, and feminine hygiene products. Also offers a monthly diaper distribution for pre-registered guests.

Provides a crisis care program, an addiction treatment program, recovery center, and a mobile response program. Crisis Care Program: Provides 24/7 confidential crisis intervention services by phone and walk-in. Mobile Response Program: Provides mobile response services to individuals experiencing a mental health crisis. Counselors can assist with mental health and/or substance use concerns.

Provides grants up to $60,000 to assist low-to moderate income households to complete critical home repairs, including:

• Lead Based Paint, mold and asbestos remediation
• Kitchens
• Bathrooms
• Flooring
• Foundation and structural repairs
• Wheelchair ramps
• Widening doorways
• Accessible kitchens and bathrooms

Also provides loans of up to $25,000 for repairs, accessibility improvements and other home improvements.

A designated location that provides relief from the cold and heat for at-risk citizens. Center does not offer provisions or care, it is for relief from the extreme weather conditions only.
