Windows & doors
Heating & cooling
Electrical
Plumbing
Lead Based Paint, mold and asbestos remediation
Kitchens
Bathrooms
Flooring
Foundation and structural repairs
Wheelchair ramps
Widening doorways
Accessible kitchens and bathrooms

Also provides loans of up to $25,000 for repairs, accessibility improvements and other home improvements.
