Application process

Call for an appointment - Clients may leave their name and number on the voicemail and will receive a call back. Requires 1-day in advance to reserve. Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled ride. Documents required:
  • Proof of address/ID

Fees

Senior Bus:
  • No fee; Donations accepted.
PACE fees:
  • $3 each way for trips under 10 miles for seniors and individuals with disabilities.
  • $4 each way for trips under 10 miles for the general public.
  • $6 each way for trips over 10 miles for all.

  • Offers door-to-door service for older adults to medical appointments or personal errands. Also provides weekly shopping trips to local stores.
Dial-A-Ride through PACE:
  • Provides referrals to door-to-door, wheelchair-accessible bus service for Lake County residents
