Offers bilingual early childhood education program for parents and children under age five. Meets in-person two times per week. Also includes the following support services: Developmental screening Family planning education Parenting support Home visits by a trained support worker Support groups for grandparents raising grandchildren Referrals to health care providers, community services, and collaborating agencies
