Application process
- Call to schedule an intake appointment (staff will travel to client)
- Once registered as a client, call to request service at least three days in advance

Fixed Fee: $37.00 - $40.00 per hour

Offers door-to-door transportation for older adults. Transportation is provided by a caregiver who is able to assist and accompany the client. Caregivers use their personal vehicles. Wheelchairs and walking aids must be able to fold down for storage.
