Submit your completed packet to CPAH’s Intake Coordinator, Reema Shakya, at [email protected], fax: (847.796.8060), mail or dropping it of off at our CPAH office, or our drop box in Highland Park.

Provides financial counseling and coaching to help clients gain financial success. Conducts comprehensive analysis of clients' situation and develop an action plan. Addresses budgeting, increasing savings, decreasing debt, and improving credit scores. Provides follow up services to track progress and continue coaching, if needed.
