Eligibility

Open to teen parents ages 15 to 22 years old
Open to teens who are in the third trimester of pregnancy or have given birth and have chosen to parent their child
Teen clients must be committed to completing high school or transitioning to full-time employment, college course work, or technical/certificate programs

Service Hours Every Thursday: 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM Administrative Hours Monday: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM Tuesday: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM Wednesday: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM Thursday: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM Friday: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM Excluding Federal Holidays
