Description

Assists with applications for the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP). Helps reduce the high cost of winter heating. Offers application help for the following: Nicor Sharing: Provides energy assistance for NICOR customers only. Customers must meet income guidelines and cannot receive LIHEAP grant in same year. Disabled Veterans may receive LIHEAP and NICOR Sharing. North Shore, SHARE-THE-WARMTH: Provides energy assistance for North Shore Gas and People’s Energy customers. Customers must be at least $200 behind on their bill.
