Offers a safe space for individuals who identify as gender fluid/transgender community to support one another.
Support Services include: Support Groups for all gender diverse people 18 or older (Not therapy. Designed for social support, education, and fun) Topics can include: Name changes, Gender/sexuality 101, How to come out, and What to expect from hormones
Surgery Navigation: For some gender diverse people, surgery is a natural part of affirming gender. This can be a complicated process that is always changing. Our health navigators and behavioral health staff are here to help you navigate this process.
Hormone Services: Provides hormone replacement therapy for transgender and gender diverse people.
Health Navigation: A free service that helps people coordinate their medical care.
