Eligibility
Must notify the company about the Active Duty status of a primary occupant by completing the registration form and meeting the following criteria:
- Gas service is on
- Residential premise - up to a three story residency
- Primary occupant must be on active duty

Application process
Visit website accel.northshoregasdelivery.com/home/pdf/patriot.pdf to complete the registration form. Send the original form and the required documents by mail or fax.

- Copy of the primary occupant’s Activation Orders
- State issued I.D. as proof of residency

Provides a payment plan for military families whose primary occupant is on deployment. Gas services will not be disconnected or charged late fees during deployment period only. Customers are still responsible for the full balance on the account when the deployed primary occupant returns home.
